SUBCONTY: KISAUNI.The importance of a 4-week psychosocial support plan for learners and staff enhances learning and teaching effectiveness.Learners who are emotionally supported  are able to concentrate, participate and perform academically.Teachers who feel. Psychologically supported are more motivated,productive,and engaged in their work.They strengthens relationships and social skills,the program fosters improved communication ,empathy,teamwork,andpeer support among students and between staff members.

Writing a letter to the school leader is very important for official communication.The letter serves as a formal channel to introduce and present the psychosocial support plan to the school administration.It ensures that the plan recognized as an official document from the relevant authority for example school leadership.It helps track the progress and effectiveness of the support program.
Facilitates coordination and scheduling.The letter can outline timelines, expected facilitators,and any logisticsal needs,enabling the school to prepare adequately.
Minutes are written for accountability and documentation.They serve as an official record of what was discussed,agreed upon,and planned during the meeting.They provide evidence that the school has taken steps to address the psychosocial well-being of learners and staff.They are used for reference for absent staff.Teachers who were unable to attend can review the minutes to stay informed and align with the team strategies and expectations.
Evidence of learners sensitization is very important for transparency.It provides proof that sensitization activities actually took place.It supports monitoring and Evaluation evidence such as the photo above helps assess the effectiveness and impact the sensitization. It also protects the school and staff in the event of complaints or incidents having documented evidence shows that the school took steps to educate the learners.
